Sequential thermostatic basin monobloc mixer tap, 80mm extended lever designed with limited dexterity users in mind, ideal for domestic bathrooms. Operated easily by either hand or elbow with proven TMV3 thermostatic protection, TMV3 and WRAS approved.

• Installation must comply with all local/National Water Supply Authority Regulations/Bye-laws, and Building and Plumbing Regulations.
• Maximum differential between the Dynamic Flow Pressures for hot and cold supplies must be 1 - 5 Bar for High pressure
• Maximum differential between the Dynamic Flow Pressure for hot and cold supplies must be and 0.2-1.0 Bar for Low pressures.
