The FlexiElectric system is a wall-mounted height adjustable worktop solution, supplied as a kit in component parts for on-site assembly. It provides smooth, powered height adjustment via a simple push-button control, making it suitable for seated users, wheelchair users and multi-user kitchens. This makes it a practical option where accessibility is required alongside cost control.

The FlexiManual system offers a reliable manual alternative. Using a winding crank handle, the worktop height can be adjusted easily without the need for electrical connections. It is ideal for projects where adjustment is occasional or where a simpler, more cost-effective solution is preferred.

Both systems are designed to integrate with standard kitchen units and worktops, allowing full flexibility in layout and finish. This ensures accessibility can be achieved without restricting overall kitchen design.

A full range of component parts is available to support installation and long-term use. These include support brackets, controls, fittings and structural elements required to complete or maintain the system.

For improved safety, optional safety stop strips can be specified. These prevent downward movement if an obstruction is detected and should be fitted to the front and sides of the worktop where required. They are not included as standard and must be ordered separately.

Where wall strength is insufficient, additional components such as support feet and leg covers provide a stable and secure alternative, ensuring the system can be installed across a wide range of building types.

Independent 4 Life supplies complete system components, giving installers, contractors and specifiers full control over how accessible kitchen solutions are delivered.
